deep blood-coloured dry wine with purple-brown shades. The nose gives
off a range of fruity tones. Dried fruits, blackberries and
blackcurrants are particularly distinct. The nose finishes with the
aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. The mouth is deep, slightly spicy
with a pronounced fruitiness. Serve with mild brie-type cheeses and
game. |
